COPS Court Ordered Program Supervisor

COPS (Court Ordered Program Supervisor) is cloud-based practice management software for court-ordered program providers: DUI schools, drug and mental health courts, batterer intervention, private probation, parenting classes, juvenile justice, anger management, substance use treatment, court-ordered counseling, reentry, and housing and homeless services. Each client record holds case details, multiple program enrollments with their own schedules and attendance, session notes, documents and fees.

Staff mark group attendance in bulk, clients check in at a kiosk with a signature, and monthly progress and court reports are generated as PDFs with full history. Automated alerts and reminders, polygraph tracking, online card payments through a client portal and 11 built-in report types are included. COPS runs in any browser on AWS with encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access and a staff audit log.
