Except for a few technical limitations such as complex workflows, it offers great flexibility to enhance business performance. With many integration possibilities, it helps free up resources to put their energies on other tasks that add greater value in achieving business goals. I've been using CREST for more than a year now in my firm and I find it very easy to use.
