Affordable, flexible & customizable

At Infinity Dish, we use DBxtra and find it easy and straightforward to use. Pros are affordable, flexible & customizable, easy to make and design reports, and able to train employees on how to use it quickly. My only con is that customer support can be slow to respond at times, so when you have issues, that is frustrating.
