In general, I find the software satisfactory in customer relations management.
The software is not very intuitive and it has taken many years to learn all the functionalities I can use at the basic membership. There are many great features in the software that would be highly helpful to have but they are add-ons that you have to pay extra for and did not come with the basic membership. Overall, the program is satisfactory in doing basic customer relations management.

What do you like the most about DonorPerfect?
There are multiple built-in reports available to use and customize.
There template thank you letters that you can access and use.
You can input many intricate details of your donors and keep tabs on how many times you contacted them.
What do you like the least about DonorPerfect?
If you require fancy reports, the information you may need will most likely will be an add-on that you have to purchase.
Donor Perfect only integrates with the Constant Contact email software.
The software is not very intuitive and it will take a lot of practice and coaching to figure everything out.
