East-tec SafeBit is an on-the-fly disk encryption tool that secures your data by creating password-protected virtual drives ("safes"). These safes function like normal drives in Windows, but automatically encrypt files using strong AES 256-bit encryption as they're saved, ensuring your data stays secure, even if your device is lost or stolen.

The software runs transparently, keeping your files encrypted at all times, even during crashes or shutdowns. Safes can be created on local drives, USB sticks, or other removable media, and set to auto-open on startup.

Additional features include storing passwords on USB devices for added protection, a panic hotkey to close all safes instantly, and a virtual keyboard to defend against keyloggers.
