Easy Takeoffs is easy and affordable construction takeoff software for contractors and estimators in every trade. It brings the whole takeoff into one focused tool: users upload PDF plan sets, measure and count what the job needs, mark up the drawings, and sort the work into named groups with live totals. Dozens of included assemblies, covering trades such as concrete, framing, drywall, roofing, flooring, and painting, turn measurements into material quantities, and custom assemblies use each company's own materials and formulas.

Practical AI features like automatic sheet naming, scale detection, and symbol counting handle the busywork, and detected scales are suggestions the user confirms. When a revised set arrives, the changes are compared and measurements carry over. Takeoffs export as annotated PDFs or CSV files for estimating software, and the work syncs to the cloud from Windows, Mac, iPad, and Chromebook.
