firstaudit is a checklist app for audits, inspections and quality assurance, with native apps for iOS, Android and Windows. Typical uses are HACCP checks, safety walks, site inspections, maintenance, housekeeping and cleaning.

Start with ready-made templates, or let the AI turn your existing Excel, Word or PDF lists into digital checklists. Conditional questions show only what matters, and checklists can be used in several languages.

On site, inspectors work through the checklist even without a network. Photos, readings and signatures are captured inside the inspection step, and a QR code on the object starts the right checklist. Defects go into tracking with an owner and a due date. Once the last question is answered, the PDF report is created automatically.

firstaudit is developed and hosted in Germany and GDPR compliant. The free plan covers one user with no time limit and no credit card. We support you during rollout, from the first checklist to reporting.
