On par with paid cad systems for the most part. Very strong support.
There is only one major problem with this software compared with other systems, and that is if you reference a previous layer in the current layer (points, or lines etc) and then modify those previous layers, what you reference ends up being misplaced to somewhere else. This bug is being worked on and if you know about it can avoid it. Other than that, it has add on's for fluid simulation, assembly, fasteners, lithoplane, and many more.

What do you like the most about FreeCAD?
The software is expandable, with add on workbenches and macros.
The software is opensource with a very very active community.
What do you like the least about FreeCAD?
Is confusing to beginners as most cad systems are. Uses workbenches which is a different paradigm then most other systems.
