About Giday

Giday is an Australian virtual receptionist for small businesses. It answers your calls in an Australian voice, day or night, and passes every message to you. From the Starter plan it books jobs into your calendar and texts the customer a confirmation, and on the Busy plan and up it can quote from your own price list. Every caller hears that the line is recorded, and if they ask, it says straight away that it is an AI receptionist. You keep your own number: just divert the calls you miss.

Plans start at $19 a month including GST, month to month, with a free week to try it. Nothing is charged unless you choose to keep it. Made for tradies, salons, clinics and any business that can't always get to the phone.
