Help Desk Migration

We relied on Help Desk Migration (HDM) to facilitate our move from Zendesk to HubSpot's Service Hub. The tool and team worked flawlessly. With minimal manual effort, we migrated over 100k tickets, including attachments and call recordings. Along the way, the HDM team provided excellent support—proactively monitoring our migration and resolving issues before we raised them. This is the cleanest and most user-friendly solution I came across. Seamless migration (JIRA Service Management to Zendesk). With just 2 calls and a few emails, the HDM (Relokia) solved the major issue no other vendor with posh brand name has managed to solve for me for 2 months!.
