IRIS Business Architect is my company's requirement management tool of choice. It provides a wealth of management functionalities and makes it easier to plan, deliver and implement our company strategies. The pros include an extremely intuitive interface that is easy to navigate and which features a rich design. This software also stands out in customizable functionalities by allowing user-defined features, which is advantageous. The support team behind it is also very responsive and quick to resolve problems. A disadvantage is that it commands a significant RAM/CPU amount when used on an enterprise scale. The customizability of this tool also features a very steep learning curve to execute correctly. My organization has been using IRIS for two years now. A business partner recommended it to us when we considered switching from our previous management tool to a more efficient one. We tested IRIS, exploiting their 30-day free trial, and eventually decided to stick with it.
