Lolerflow is a purpose-built digital platform created specifically for managing lifting equipment inspections in compliance with the LOLER 1998 (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) in the UK. Unlike general workflow tools, it is tailored exclusively for inspection companies, engineers, and safety managers who need to conduct legally compliant “thorough examinations” of lifting equipment.

The platform allows inspectors to perform inspections directly from their mobile devices, even without an internet connection. During an inspection, all required fields—such as equipment details, safe working load, defect categories, and examiner information—are captured through guided forms. Once submitted, Lolerflow automatically generates a Schedule 1-compliant report (PDF/Excel), which can be instantly shared with clients.
