MCUBE's auto dialer is a great tool to manage the outbound customer outreach perfectly. The software helped to dial a bulk volume of numbers, & the campaigns resulted with more connect rates than before. The best part was the live call actions available. The admin or managerial team could live monitor the calls, whisper in, & even barge when required. The software was very easy to use & the support team was available 24/7.
