Mixily

Mixily helps people host gatherings without chasing replies. For a dinner party, a community meetup, a workshop or a fundraiser, a host can set up a clean event page in minutes and share it by email or with a single link.

Guests open the page and RSVP in one click. There is nothing to download and no account to create. The host sees a live list of who is coming, who said no and who has not answered, and Mixily follows up on its own with a nudge to anyone who has not replied and a reminder the day before.

Hosts can add their own RSVP questions, allow plus-ones, cap attendance, set an RSVP deadline, password-protect an event and download the guest list as a CSV file. Date polls let a group vote on the best day, and events can be in person or virtual.

Mixily has been running since 2019. The free plan covers 2 active events with no credit card needed, and paid plans start at $19 per month.
