“Great shipping management software”

I like how easy it makes dealing with daily tasks. Shipping and printing labels takes literally seconds. I guess I could say I was ambitious from the start and jumped right into both eBay and Etsy right from the get-go. Without Multiorders I think it wouldn't have been possible to get my head around what's going on, but because I started with this software it's the same as managing one store. Their training course also helped loads.

“Overly satisfied”

Their customer support team. It's actually more appropriate to call them customer care, because they're literally reachable 24/7 and whenever I need to call or message them, someone is always there. We discuss what I need and they get on it ASAP. Things get done with this company.

“I like how portable it is”

I mostly like the fact that Multiorders is web-based. I can access it from any device I currently have available, be it a desktop, tablet or smartphone. It is very lightweight in terms of mobile data usage, which is very welcome since I have to check whats happening when I'm out on the farm and don't have a wifi connection available.

As a small multi-channel business owner I've found Multiorders extremely helpful. I sell t-shirts on Bonanza and Etsy and managing orders and inventory on both seems like a chore. I've set up Multiorders for my business right from the start and I'm very happy that I did. It basically merges both my shops into one, as far as order, inventory and shipping management is concerned. Their dashboard also allows me to easily compare my shops to each other side by side in terms of sales numbers and revenue. Also, it allows me to track my most active business hours for better marketing campaign efficiency.

This is, honestly the best multi-channel management software that currently exists, taking into account functionality and value for money. I've tried a few other products and none of them even come close to Multiorders. It is very easy to learn and use, increased my overall productivity massively and saves me a ton of money, compared to what I would have to do if I went some other way about managing my business.

“A must have tool for multichannel ecommerce”

I just finished my first month on their trial version. It was an excellent experience. I've already signed up for a paid plan and I will not be looking around for anything else. Multiorders makes handling my Etsy and eBay stores very simple. I was reluctant to branch out and create my own website before, but after trying their order, inventory and shipping management solution I've already started looking into opening my own dedicated online store.
