MyRental by Berlemenyem

MyRental by Berlemenyem is a cloud-based rental management application operated by MATRIX CBS Kft. Landlords can keep property, tenant and contract records together, generate recurring monthly charges and track recorded payments and outstanding balances. Tenants use their own portal to view charges, submit meter readings with photos and report maintenance issues. The system calculates consumption from readings and configured tariffs for landlord approval. Portfolio reports show income, costs, yield and occupancy, while move-out workflows bring together closing readings, outstanding charges and deposits.

Hungarian rental tax records and accountant exports support administration. A three-month trial is available for up to three properties without a payment card. One property can remain on a limited free plan; subscriptions cost HUF 999 per property per month, including VAT. The product is available at berlemenyem.hu under the Bérleményem brand.
