- Very much intuitive to use and easy to operate.
- Tech support is very good.
- Generation of purchase order can be made easy due to perfect inventory updates.

- Custom report generation can be a little difficult task.
- Rather than that everything has been solved by the support team.
- The only issue is that the price is a bit high for small businesses.

Life saver for electronic inventory business, especially the ones which deal with fragile electronics as well.
Because of different sophisticated inventory demands, I've been struggling with the inventory management software for a long time. The products that we store are a little fragile. PartsBox has solved a lot of my inventory problems. The QR and barcode scanning can be made really easy to track all the items in the inventory . Many parts are identical across products, some of our components are overstocked. We get a much better sense of stock and stock value using PartsBox.
