The potential this software has is great. Unfortunately the company has lied about its pricing policies and asking existing customers to buy completely new versions of its software for almost 10 times higher prices. When confronted about this, you'll get accused of lying and be prepared for a long battle. The software is missing calendar functions, external channel management and a lot of the features are fairly average in comparison to other scripts. DO YOUR RESEARCH: Ask a lot of questions and be sure to save your conversations as the support staff will rob you blind claiming they have no recollection of conversations. Be careful of features listed on the site. They are not all functioning in the website as they should. On the customer service side, the owner is very quick to accuse, lie and blame the customer. Just be careful when purchasing this script, I've paid 2 times now for very much the same script from them. They now claim the software is not the same, they never mentioned lifetime updates. Make sure you get screenshots of your conversations. It shows on their previous website that you get lifetime updates. New website now requires you to purchase each individual module to the tune of $10,000. Just be careful!
