Polt reads tender emails and EDI requests and turns them into built loads, tracks shipments in real time from a single dashboard, automates carrier communication and check calls, supports carrier vetting and fraud checks, and shows where margin is made or lost across lanes, customers and reps.

Polt integrates with industry tools including Truckstop, Denim and Descartes MacroPoint, and offers an open API. Plans are priced by shipment volume rather than per seat, so brokerages can add reps without their software bill growing per user. The goal is simple: let brokers spend their time selling freight, not re-typing it.
