The legal calendaring software our firm uses is Rocket Matter. Not only is it a calendaring tool but a robust case management software. The cons of using this tool are that they don’t issue refunds or pro-rated credits relating to prepaid amounts associated with the remainder of any unused term of the subscription. The program is also strict about paying on time which is ground for account suspension and termination. On the other hand, Rocket Matter is also a powerful and multidirectional tool. It offers greater versatility to the firm and each lawyer's daily practices while adding efficiency to workflows. It has a mobile application to keep each member of the firm updated while on the go, it easily syncs with Google Calendar for better calendar updating and Microsoft Outlook for case management.
