Shoppermotion

Shoppermotion is an in-store shopper analytics platform for retailers, brands and Retail Media Networks. It records the full path of every shopping trip, from the entrance to the till, and matches each path with its receipt: who passed a shelf, who slowed down, who engaged and who bought.

Small Bluetooth tags on trolleys and baskets are located by ceiling antennas using Angle of Arrival (AoA) positioning, with sub-metre precision. No cameras, no apps and no personal data: every trip is anonymous by design. GDPR compliant, encrypted and hosted in the EU.

Use it for Perfect Store, category analytics, cross-selling, shopper insights, promotion ROI and Retail Media measurement. Insights come via Shoppermotion AI dashboards with an AI assistant, reports and a REST API (Power BI, Tableau). Pricing is quoted per project.
