About SimpleLabOS

SimpleLabOS helps dental laboratories manage the workflow from case intake to production, quality control, and delivery. A visual production board keeps case status, deadlines, and assignments in one place. Labs can manage product catalogs and price lists, create invoices, upload case photos, and view STL, PLY, and OBJ files in a built-in 3D viewer. Referring dentists receive free, unlimited portal access to submit cases and check progress. Standard and Pro include Scanner Inbox for notification-email and order-file intake, including parsing for 3Shape Communicate and Medit Link emails.

Online invoice payments are available through Stripe for labs in the United States and Australia. Accounting exports support QuickBooks IIF and Xero CSV files. Starter, Standard, and Pro cost $29, $69, and $149 per month, with annual billing available, no setup fee, and a 14-day free trial. The browser application interface is in English.
