The knowledge base could also expand with more implementation guides and real-world use cases to help new users onboard faster. Beyond those areas, the platform has been solid and straightforward to use.
Speed could improve the onboarding and deployment experience for first-time merchants. A more guided setup flow, clearer instructions at each step, and quicker in-product support would make implementation smoother. It would also help if merchant-facing documentation were a little more detailed, so teams can deploy faster with less back-and-forth during setup.
While Speed's infrastructure is already top-notch, as they continue to drive payment modernization, it would be great to see more pre-built integrations for legacy enterprise ERP and accounting systems.
