We High Income Source use SpendMap. The great part about using SpendMap is that it is open source and therefore, we have no licensing fees, so it's a good affordable option for a new or growing operation. It has fantastic management features and a simple interface that gives you customizable templates for whatever your purchase ordering needs may be. It generates invoices and reports and if you're not technically minded there is a wealth of online recourses as well as help forums to guide you through. I think SpendMap is great. However, the one down point would be that currently, it has limited integrations with some of our other more niche software but I'm sure these will be integrated and updated in the near future.
