Suparelay

Suparelay is a web app that places real phone calls to landlines and mobile phones in more than 200 countries and territories. It runs in a current browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone. You install nothing, and you need no SIM card and no phone number of your own.

Type a number and Suparelay shows the price per minute for that exact number before anything is charged. Press call and the phone on the other side rings as it does for any other call: the person you reach needs no app, no account and no internet.

Calls are paid from prepaid credit, from $5, charged per started minute. A call that is busy, rejected or unanswered costs nothing. There is no subscription and no connection fee, and credit never expires.

During a call there is mute and a keypad for automated phone menus. Call history records the date, duration and charge of every call. US toll-free numbers connect from abroad.
