WashPro

WashPro is a car wash and auto detailing management app built for the shop floor, not the back office.

A vehicle arrives and you point the camera at the plate; it is read on the device and the job opens. The queue sits on one screen - waiting, in progress, ready, delivered - and the customer follows their own car by QR link. The same board runs on Apple TV, Android TV and the web: plate, status and time, never amounts.

At handover you take cash, card or transfer, apply a discount, or leave it on the customer's account. Loyalty cards run themselves: the counter follows the plate. Mobile washing has its own service area and a day route - arrival and departure times, drive minutes and kilometres, and a shorter order suggested with the minutes saved.

The day closes by itself: income, expenses, payment methods, staff jobs and commissions. Reports answer one question each - what did we earn today, who comes back most, when are we busiest.
