Dr. Tricia Reagan, Founder and CEO of Syncroz, started her work in the language industry as an in-person, Spanish interpreter in 2004. In 2012, she recognized the growing demand for interpretation and translation services in various languages across Central Virginia and launched Richmond Translator LLC.

Through tremendous client loyalty and dedication her business has grown significantly and now provides language access in 280+ languages 24/7/365 across the nation. In 2020, the company rebranded to Syncroz Language Solutions to allow for the company's passion for access to language services to have a deeper reach.

Syncroz is short for synchronize (occurring at the same rate, or to be in harmony or agreement). At Syncroz we strive to facilitate a world with no language barriers and to get everyone 'synced up' and on the same page no matter the language they speak.
