Ad Adastra Marketing
Google Ads and GA4, measured down to revenue

Overview
About Ad Adastra Marketing
I run Google Ads and the measurement behind it from Kyiv, on budgets from $300 a month to $3,000 a day.
I'm Anastasiia. Ad Adastra Marketing is one person, on purpose: whoever audits your account is whoever runs it. Nobody gets handed to a junior, because there is no junior. Paid search since 2019, my own practice since 2020, 105+ clients. Google Partner, ID 3443789390, listed in the public Google Partners directory.
Run this check, no access needed: open the conversion action you feed Google Ads and see what it counts. If it counts a button click rather than the sale that followed, the algorithm is buying people who click, and no bidding change fixes that.
This is usually nobody's fault: measurement sits outside whoever runs the media, so it survives round after round of optimisation. Fixing it takes days; rebuilding campaigns takes weeks and restarts the learning. Sometimes the tracking is clean and the problem sits elsewhere; the audit says which.
Medical equipment retailer. Suspended in Merchant Center for over a year, which kept the products out of Google Shopping. Those bans lift when the site matches the policy, so I rebuilt it: a second site, product data rewritten to feed requirements, plus the shipping and returns pages. The suspension came off, and ads then brought 78% of the revenue GA4 recorded, on roughly $1,800 of spend across five months.
Offline service business. In the first quarter, revenue booked in CRM reached 3.4x ad spend. Cost of goods, my fee and uncollected bookings sit outside that number. Still a client.
Real estate agency. Cost per qualified contact fell 47% on a flat budget over four months, with the definition of "qualified" unchanged throughout.
A shop that only sells Google Ads will always conclude that you need more Google Ads. I am not selling you more of them, and often I can fix what is actually wrong: the site, the feed, the tracking, the CRM. Work so far: Ukraine, Germany, Poland, the UK, Bulgaria, in four working languages.
How I get paid: a fixed fee, plus a percentage of the budget above $2,000, a share that falls as the budget grows: 5%, 3%, 2%. I have no financial reason to tell you to spend more.
Not the right fit: dropshipping, or unit economics that do not survive a paid click. No account setup makes a negative margin positive, and I would rather say that before an invoice than after one.
Start with a paid audit: $430, or $1,800 with the strategy behind it. Delivered within 48 hours of admin access. It names where the budget leaks, what a week of work would fix and what that costs. If the bottleneck is the offer and not the ads, it says so. It is paid because it is the product, not a sales call, and you are under no obligation afterwards.
Accounts stay registered in your name. If we stop working together, access, data, settings and documentation stay with you.
