They put our company’s interests first and acted like it was their own product.

They completed the initial project within two months, faster than we expected, and the app was successful from the start. We added more than 100,000 registered users within the first two months, and the app became the third-ranked job marketplace nationally in terms of downloads.

Communication was structured and clear. We mostly worked through our project manager, with quarterly meetings that included the development team. They managed time and expectations well, followed Agile methodology, and openly communicated both the advantages and risks of new developments.

What stood out most was their mindset. They never acted like they were just doing a job.
