Describe your project in brief
I bought a property in Dubai last October, and the tenant had been living there for one month when I took ownership. As soon as the purchase was finalized, I informed my real estate agent to let the tenant know that we wouldn't be renewing his contract as my family planned to move into the place. However, now that the move-out date is approaching, the tenant is suddenly refusing to vacate the property. We asked Al Rowaad how to deal with this property issue in a legal way and in fast solution. So They guided use with regards to all the property law here in Dubai especially with the DLD and notice process.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
I can say that the level of expertise they have with regards to the properly law is perfect and they know what to do with regards to our situation.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
There is nothing I can think of a bad instance that happened during the time I asked for their help. They were very professional and on the spot with regards to the law and they explain everything.

Describe your project in brief
I'm a 25 year old with an abusive father. My mother wants a divorce and the process is mentally exhausting, her options are limited too. I wanna get my mother out of this situation and we can live in peace. So I approached Al Rowaad for my mother to get the divorce. They helped us achieve the peace that we wanted.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Al Rowaad knows the law especially if its a family law case. They have clearly told us what needs to be done, what will be the case and where will it be dealt, what will be our benefit, entitlement, so on and so fourth.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
I cannot think of any bad things that I have encountered with Al Rowaad during the whole process of our case. They were outstanding.
