Legal aspect of my divorce case was taken care of the firm. Which is a good thing for me.

I have been in a toxic relationship. Married for 4 years but eventually, sparks fade. There are multiple instances of arguments and fighting which has caused my sleepless nights and problematic life. I decided to have a divorce which is mutual with me ex. Legal aspect of the divorce case was all taken care of. I am not finally divorce.

Al Rowaad Helped us with the problem with our Tenant

I bought a property in Dubai last October, and the tenant had been living there for one month when I took ownership. As soon as the purchase was finalized, I informed my real estate agent to let the tenant know that we wouldn't be renewing his contract as my family planned to move into the place.

However, now that the move-out date is approaching, the tenant is suddenly refusing to vacate the property.

We asked Al Rowaad how to deal with this property issue in a legal way and in fast solution. So They guided use with regards to all the property law here in Dubai especially with the DLD and notice process.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I can say that the level of expertise they have with regards to the properly law is perfect and they know what to do with regards to our situation.
