I had used in the past, the services of their sister company, AgentRepresents.com,
for video production, for another venture I'm running.
First I briefed my needs, which they requested through a questionnaire. We exchanged a few emails, and had a video call to see if we would collaborate well together. It was very important to represent my personality, so we talked about that a lot (aka branding). Then we had the option to work through Adobe XD sculpturing a custom design from scratch, but we decided to go with a cheaper and faster option of choosing a ready Wordpress theme/template and customizing that. Then they gave me access to an online beta version and we communicated modifications via email and screenshots with descriptions.
They were very nice and easy to work with. Keeping deadlines was an issue, but as a creative myself, I didn't mind, because I get it. Sometimes good creativity comes with a cost.

AR media provided web design, development from scratch for my book cover design company. They are hosting the website as well. After using a questionnaire to understand the client's needs, they customized a WordPress template and built an online beta version. We made corrections, I approved and my awesome new website got itself live out in the world! :-)
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Great ballsy creativity beyond limits! Their brains have no brakes!

I would have easily paid 3 times up the cost of their services. So worth it and so affordable.
Friendly to work with. Felt like we were friends drinking beers discussing the project brief
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
They missed out on the deadlines, but it was totally worth it. Good creativity sometimes is not always on time.
Great support, fresh minds, awesome design, reasonable prices! We are very happy with the experience and results.

So far they have provided us with hosting at their servers, domain name registrations (even a premium one), our website design & development (e-shop) obviously, the branding for our company and our logo design, as well as lots of graphics, They did the digital marketing part for us, even provided business consulting services and as soon as we launch officially we will most probably assign to them also all the social media tasks (posting, maintaining, content management & such). Because they do also content creation, we are even doing the photoshoots for our campaign productions through their sister company AgentRepresents (AR), as we speak.
They are fresh and new, they are eager, we did run into some issues that we happily solved together and keeping deadlines was a negative, but they are creative, fun and the results AWESOME! And did I say about the support...? Way better than the big expensive guys!

Creating our Fat Pet Streetwear website / e-shop.
The website is basically completed, as soon as we have our clothing products ready to sell
and we complete all the photoshoots we need to do for them, the website will launch publicly.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Creativity and boldness. They convinced us to make a step further than mainstream and we are so glad we did.
Their support. They literally spend many, many hours to explain everything to us and helped us through every step. You can't put a price on this.
We are their clients, but we became friends during the process of our project. That's rare.
They say something, they do it and privacy and discretion matter to them, A LOT!
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
They need to staff up. They are a company of only 20 people, they are good, they get many projects and time is never enough. We did experience delays.
They should probably become more expensive, they provide good service far too cheap and I'm guessing this is holding them from staffing up.
