We are the sub division of Chudasama Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd.; Established in the year 2008, and we have been certified as India’s top 500 startups companies. Archdraw Outsourcing offer a full choice of architectural services like construction drawings, As-built drawings, working drawings, Presentation drawings, 3D models and many more together quality-controlled and deadline-sensitive to meet up the international industry standards. I being the CEO of the company develops a business plan to clear identify the company’s mission and goals with the experience of 15+ years. I delegate management responsibilities to others regarding marketing strategies, accounting methods, technology and other areas.
What is the story behind starting this company?
There is no story behind starting this company, but there was an enthusiastic middle-class boy who had his dreams and wanted to achieve his goals and make his name in the Architecture industry. Today that boy has turned out into a successful businessman working out with the overseas clients on vast Architectural and Structural drafting international projects.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
I have got an in-house team of more than 25 well experienced and talented technical employees to handle the architects and engineers’ projects of drawing, drafting, modelling, rendering and BIM projects with quality check control. And also, the sales team and marketing team for the upcoming and ongoing projects management.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We deliver extraordinary & promising service at affordable cost to our clients. We do focus on the narrow niche and client’s requirements precisely. We do quality check and ensure the details in our work for deliver 100% accurate output.

We generally cater on Architectural and Engineering industries, building surveyors, contractors, real estate and construction companies. Yes, our clients are repetitive. 70% ratio of clients has been repetitive to our company.

We offer CAD Drafting services, CAD Conversion services, 3D Modelling Services, 3D Rendering Services, Revit BIM Services, Point Cloud to BIM Services, Shop Drawings services, etc.

According to me we are successfully able to satisfy our customers and can rate them 10/10. We follow a particular project execution process to reach up the client’s needs and requirements. We have the team for doing QC and keeping proper client communication for the successful outcome of the project.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We offer a proper communication and understanding of their requirements thoroughly to cater their queries and issues. We also have the experts for the advice and suggestion when it required.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)?
We do follow hourly process for the billing.

No, we don’t keep any specific budget requirements. We have worked for small scale to large scale projects.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
We did the projects with a price range of $10 to $22000 in 2019. We give importance to each project whether it is as smaller or bigger.

My Company is eager to experience new challenges and specialize with the upcoming updates in the industry we are working with. In next 10 years I see my company being one of the best outsourcing firms.
