Blue Arc

Blue Arc was the brainchild of Chairman Chaudhary Maqsood Ahmad whose idea was later materialized by CEO Yasar Maqsood. Despite having a successful career in Engineering, the CEO set out to realize his vision of creating designer villas, residential projects and commercial projects. The company focuses on catering to the needs of its customers by creating artistic designs. Therefore, Blue Arc is the only development company that has its own separate residential and commercial design wings.
