The team were able to quickly grasp complicated technical concepts, and produce clear and easy to follow documentation. They were in touch regularly, met deadlines, and the quality was high across the board. The finished product showed a comprehensive knowledge of our industry and was very useful for both inside and outside the company.

We contracted Book Publisher Expert to write high quality technical content for our company. The project involved generation of user guides, product documentation and internal process guides using clear, concise and industry based language.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Attention to detail and ability to break down highly technical body of knowledge was superb. We also liked their professionalism and how clear their writing was.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
There were a few little changes that needed to be made in the first draft, but they were taken care of very quickly without holding up the project.
