The worst experience of my life was to hire these people to write my sop. The “senior writer” Ekta ruined the sop by mentioning things that are incorrect and misleading and when I gave her feedback to make changes she yells and abuses me. I inform her boss Mr Ishmeet Singh he yells at me saying I need to check my attitude when the only thing I said that if Ekta is your best writer the company might shut down. Even though he agrees that it was her mistake and will refund the money and strict action will be taken against her. But both of them proceed to block me after wasting my time and not even refunding the amount. The most unprofessional people I ever met.
