We partnered with Atolye15 to design and develop a custom ticketing and event management platform to support our event, covering both promotion and ticket sales. The project began with the creation of a visually engaging landing page where visitors could learn about the event and proceed to purchase tickets.
On the platform, users could choose from multiple ticket types, including options with accommodation, seminar-only access, or couple tickets. The purchasing experience was structured as a three-step form that collected attendee details while keeping the selected ticket information visible throughout the process. For payments, Atolye15 integrated Shopify, where ticket products were listed and users were redirected to complete checkout before returning to the platform for confirmation.
All UI/UX, form structure, and frontend development were handled by the Atolye15 team, resulting in a seamless and reliable experience from start to finish.
