What is the story behind starting this company?
I have been writing blogs and articles as a Freelancer since 2012. Of course, back then, I was doing college so I couldn’t start anything by dropping out as it was not an option for me. Somehow, I completed my Mechanical Engineering and started Write Right - 360 Degree Content Writing Solution. There were no popular industries that specifically served content writing in 2014. I took advantage of that situation. It took some time but then it gained traction as I knew SEO and Digital Marketing. This company got its first project in 2016 and today with over 290+ clients in total, Write Right wrote over 10Lakh words cumulatively to date. Today, Write Right is the highest-rated and reviewed content writing agency in India as every business from eCommerce to entertainment, retail to ceramics, sports to news, IT to IoT everything requires either one or couple or many from the above content writing services.

With 50+ remote plus freelance writers, they have the flexibility to be doing what they love to do from their own place so I can proudly say that Work From Home for Write Right was successfully executed way before this Covid-19 situation. We boast about this.

Mostly Media, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Health and Ecommerce industries but it varies as the company is constantly expanding and we have received so many unique inquiries from GoodFirms Platform. 8 out of 10 repeat their business sooner or later as per the necessities.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
As of now, 24*7 Literally. Write Right’s WhatsApp and email support gives you an instant response. Content Writing is an on-the-go and fast industry and that is the reason why we have to do it to satisfy our clients and customers which is actually really difficult to cater to.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
It’s mostly subscription-based, retainer, or Fixed Cost because content writing is ongoing for blogs, press releases, web content, and copywriting. The clients and customers decide from the above payment structure as per their comfort and convenience.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Since we are a small (but significant) team, we don’t have any budget constraints. This industry is too competitive like every business, we have to put our first foot right on track and keep our momentum going in order to sustain and survive. From 2021, we will expand and for sure, there will be a minimum requirement as we plan to scale to Fortune 500, Inc 500, and Forbes Listed Companies.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
The min is as low as 100 USD to the max of 5000 USD. We cater to small and medium-size businesses currently as the company is on the verge of scaling. 2020 has been fruitful than 2019 because of the Covid-19 situation, every industry has planned to revamp, refreshen, enhance their business content-wise.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Write Right is currently serving clients from across the globe but it’s virtual. My staunch plan is to set up offices at major locations in the US, UK, and Canada. It’s quite feasible as the content business is ever-expanding as per the experts and statistics.
