  • Their facility with taking in comments, and their ability to assimilate them into the comic, and to be editorially useful made the process feel like a “no-brainer” to continue using them to the final stages.

  • One area that could be improved is the initial onboarding process. It took a bit longer than expected to finalize project terms and begin the work. Clearer upfront communication regarding timelines and deliverables would make the experience even better.
