I had to give "1" star lowest, as there is no "0" star otherwise Capstone Resume Services deserves the lowest rock bottom review. Getting your resume done perfectly is vital in your job search ensuring so you hit the job market with a bang and get the needed interviews/offers. Therefore, I am writing this review to ensure you all aware of Capstone Resume Services as you can see from most of the reviews they have not hit the mark always below and the only excuse Amy G/Owner use it everyone has a personal vendetta against them. It’s all a smokescreen, even the smartest like me got trapped because I asked about these reviews in my 2ndemail and after they use the same line of its only 1/2 customers with personal agendas against them I went with them paying ($920 USD). I am shocked at their customer service and attitude, not even the quality is below par, they are not even bothered to respond and have denied the refund request. Why would you hire them, if they can’t write a quality resume and don’t care about you only care to trap you to get the money via PayPal who can’t chase the services suppliers… Please don’t waste your money, time and effort on Capstone Resume Services or Amy G or her team. Conduct your research and get a top class resume done instead of wasting your energy chasing Amy G.'s gang getting your refund and then going to someone else. In my research, post this fiasco I found the following 2 resume writers to be way way better, very responsive and charge almost the same. Now waiting to get my REFUND from Capstone Resume Services so I can hire one of them. Amy G./Capstone Resume Services is a scam, I don’t recommend them BE AWARE!!! SCAM ALERT!! 1.
