Being a non-technical person I had a mental block that working on the development all by myself would be challenging but the team made it very easy for me. They patiently taught me the necessary changes and altered plans in a way that fulfilled most of the requirements we had in our minds. Their expertise and knowledge of the girls are commendable. We kept the update going on slack, and faced no issues as per communication.

The idea was to build a customer service-based Chatbot that may resolve repetitive queries, provide assistance, and give the necessary information to the customers based on the theory Journey on the website.
