For the past two months, our HR team has been using the HR Dashboard to manage employee transactions in Workday. Previously, tracking personal and benefits changes was a complex task for HR partners. This dashboard has provided a centralized solution, allowing the team to monitor all pending BP transactions and employee-level changes efficiently.

Since Workday’s go-live, managing pending BP transactions was one of the biggest challenges, as all processes needed to be completed on time to ensure payroll updates in Oracle. The introduction of this dashboard has streamlined this process, providing a single view of ongoing and pending transactions, ultimately improving operational efficiency.
