We have been working with Jade Global on an agentic AI initiative that builds on our existing Boomi platform. We were impressed from the beginning by their depth of knowledge in AI and, equally importantly, their understanding of the business value behind the technology. Our technical team was particularly impressed by how quickly Jade understood our concept and translated it into practical business ideas. Our first engagement was very cost-effective and worked out very well, which gave us the confidence to move forward with a full-scale implementation. With Jade's support, we have been able to utilize the capabilities of the agentic AI platform and the interfaces we can create through Boomi to develop a business-ready solution. This was a major breakthrough for the project. One of the biggest benefits has been Jade's attitude and ability to fit our philosophy as a mid-market company. We cannot afford failed projects, and we value standard solutions, close alignment with the business, and strong subject-matter expertise. Jade has fit that approach extremely well. Their hybrid delivery model is also very cost-effective for us. We have dedicated project managers while still having direct access to developers who work hand in hand with our team. That combination of project management, technical expertise, and collaboration has been very compelling. We are also planning a significant SAP transition to cloud software, and Jade can add substantial value through their expertise in SAP functionality and agentic AI. We intend to connect what we have already developed with Jade to our future SAP initiatives as part of a broader three- to five-year technology plan. Overall, the engagement has worked very well, and we are very happy with Jade Global's expertise, approach, and partnership. For the past two months, our HR team has been using the HR Dashboard to manage employee transactions in Workday. Previously, tracking personal and benefits changes was a complex task for HR partners. Since Workday’s go-live, managing pending BP transactions was one of the biggest challenges, as all processes needed to be completed on time to ensure payroll updates in Oracle. The introduction of this dashboard has streamlined this process, providing a single view of ongoing and pending transactions, ultimately improving operational efficiency.
