We wanted to work with CiGen for the longest time and this project was the most suitable one for them. The technicalities of the project were high on both ends which made the project complex but I am impressed by the team as they patiently discussed things deeply and tried learning and teaching each other complexities.

Describe your project in brief

Automate the process of patient record-keeping and management. This will include the ability to extract data from incoming forms, verify the data for accuracy, and update patient records within the system, as well as generate automated reports for healthcare providers.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Communication is their best part as they take it seriously, we spent hours discussing things which helped a lot.

They are well-experienced and highly qualified.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I can’t think of anything that they can fix, I feel they are already doing more than enough.
