As CEO and founder of City CV, an award-winning international career consultancy, I have devoted my career to guiding professionals at all levels with career transition and development. Over two decades, I have worked with thousands of cross-industry-sector individuals, from graduate to CEO and NED, as well as delivering bespoke outplacement, corporate branding, employability and recruitment to businesses and HE providers across the globe.Having completed an Industrial Economics degree, I spent my earlier career in London and Sydney, resolving skills gaps, improving recruitment and nurturing sustainable relationships at recruiters TMP and Robert Walters. In 2004, I joined Goldman Sachs, where I led on-site recruitment, optimised data intelligence and galvanised teams across several high-profile divisions.
