Within 2 weeks of signing with this company I became permanently disabled and am unable to participate in writing the book. Joshua calls and harasses me nearly daily and refuses to refund my money, even a portion if it. I have provided a plethora of medical records and MD notes and they refuse to issue a refund after only delivering an outline created by chat cot. To be clear, no work was ever done on the book. This company is unconscionable.
