One of the best vendors I have ever hired

Usually what makes or breaks an experience when doing creative work is two things: 1) the ability to understand a vision in someones head and translate that into a storyboard, script and overall winning video and 2) project management. In both of these cases, Cloud Animations nailed it 110%. Damon was our project manager for this engagement. He was professional, responsive and most of all, was capable of translating my vision to his creative team.

Damon is one of the few people that have the same sense of urgency and customer focused mindset as I do - completely above reproach. Revisions were few and easy because they did such a good job out of the gate. The job was done on time, on budget and I will definitely use them again for additional services. As a matter of fact, I've already hired them for another project.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I have ZERO things to recommend to improve upon - that's rare, but true in this case.

Solar Energy Whiteboard Explainer Video

We needed a short explainer video about our company’s services. Cloud Animations was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process. This was our first project of this kind.
The representatives at Cloud Animations outlined the process and reassured me throughout that we were allowed to make as many modifications that we needed to until we were satisfied with that section of the project. They kept us on task and if there were questions that couldn’t be answered over email, we were able to do zoom meetings to share screens and walk through the changes.
The artwork was fantastic.
Everything and everyone we worked with were extremely professional and respectful.
Cloud Animations produced a very professional white board animation video for our small electrical contracting company. We ware very happy we chose Cloud Animations.

I'm amazed by how well they did their work. Bright colors and top-notch graphics were used to create an eye-catching final product that successfully delivered the intended message. The animations' meticulous attention to detail and flawless transition between each movement was very amazing. The addition of music and sound effects improved the video's overall impact. The team working on the project was obviously highly skilled and versed because they were able to precisely and imaginatively realize the client's concept. The communication was also outstanding, with regular updates and prompt implementation of any adjustments that were required.
