They've done a day and night difference for my business. Exceeded my expectations.
We hadn't outsourced before, Coastal Digital Marketing was our first. We honestly did not know what to expect. Nikki and her team came in did a social media audit and built our account from the ground up. (there was maybe 50 followers and we hadn't posted in years). They also rearranged our entire website and taught me about SEOs and explained why our service page and home page had to be optimized. They've been managing Google, Meta and Yelp advertising for us we're averaging around 3 appointments a day. That's 3 leads a day. Definitely going to be scaling up more soon. Working with Nikki and her team has been the best!

Coastal Digital Marketing is the company to hire! Nikki is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up with current trends. She can help any company grow and dare I say go viral. Would give 6/5 stars if possible.

They're very flexible and have a way of listening to my goals and making it a reality.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
That I didn't start working with them sooner.
