What Users Like The Most

  • With no eBook publishing, author satisfaction was always a priority.
  • We appreciated their creative writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver scripts that truly captured our marketing vision.
  • The polished and integrated workflow during each of the phases, from editing to distribution and design to marketing, was unsurpassed.

What Users Like The Least

  • The only downside was the lag time with revision feedback. The quality of what I received with their support made this so minor it was negligible.
  • The only minor issue was a slight delay in the initial draft delivery, but the final quality made up for it.
  • Communication on the project and all the steps needed for completion and delivery was uncomplicated. Even with the short hold on the final approval, all was clearly communicated, and I appreciate the commitment to high standards and the consistent feedback.
