CUBILLOS LAMA is a boutique business law firm based in Santiago, Chile, built around the Outside General Counsel (OGC) model. Instead of billing by the hour for isolated matters, we become the ongoing legal department for our clients — a single, business-minded legal partner with predictable, fixed monthly fees.
