The CV People was incorporated in 2011 by Joan Jack and Ian Jenkins, two senior headhunters receiving applications for medical positions from qualified overseas applicants. English often wouldn't be the applicants first language, which meant the resume's received would be poorly written and formatted. They would get immediately rejected when sent to potential employers, frustrating for both the candidate, Joan and Ian. Through this process The CV People was born and began to offer candidates a professional resume writing service, improving their resumes to required standards, which has today evolved into one of the largest resume writing services in the world, centrally based from our Sydney office with regional hubs in Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne.
