Diligent is a performance-marketing agency for ecommerce brands, founded in 2018 and based in Belgrade, Serbia, working with clients worldwide.

We do two things and we do them properly: specialist Google Ads management, and airtight web analytics and conversion tracking. Most agencies sell traffic. We start one step earlier, with the measurement, because you cannot optimize what you cannot trust. A typical account comes to us with a gap between what the reports claim and what actually happened. We find it, fix it, and build a model the client can finally act on. Only then do we scale.

We began as a PPC-only shop and lost a few early clients because the funnels we were sending traffic to were not good enough. So we learned to build landing pages, then analytics, then entire funnels. Today we run as three departments, advertising, analytics, and creative, that work as one team.

How we work is the difference. Accounts are run in-house by our own senior specialists, not outsourced and not handed to a junior farm. The person who builds your account is the person who explains it on your call. Our pricing is a flat retainer plus a performance share, so we grow only when you do, never a percentage of your ad spend and no hidden fees. And you own everything we build: the accounts, the tracking, the creative.
